T?S TEAM LEADER - THE PERSON
The Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership is seeking to appoint to our
team a person who is able to demonstrate practical experience of
employment issues affecting individuals and communities and have the
skills to support clients and host organisations with the T?s Work
placement programme.
This person will likely be a graduate with a relevant level 7
qualification and at least 1 years? experience in a similar or
equivalent type of role is a desirable requirement. The successful
candidate will have an enthusiasm for and a belief in the value of
employment to improve an individual?s well-being and will have
skills in and enjoy working with clients on an individual basis.
Whilst an understanding of the labour market and recruitment
processes, knowledge of supports required to assist unemployed
individuals into new opportunities and experience of working with the
unemployed is desirable it is not essential, and the successful
candidate will have experience in working with clients in a one-to-one
setting.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with other
professionals internally and representing the Company externally,
particularly with stakeholders within local community and voluntary
organisations. She/He will be aware of the social environment in which
BCP operates and be conscious of the additional requirements
associated with working with statutory agencies and the protection of
public funds. The post holder will require excellent interpersonal
skills and will be engaged in constructively developing relationships
with a wide cohort of stakeholders. They will be required to
understand and accept and promote the ethos of the Company as well as
its remit to deliver the highest possible standard of service to its
clients and the local community.
